Career
After graduated from university, he had extensive experience in legal procedure of corporate, real estate, account receivable transfer.
He was involved in several large-quantity-projects, for example, secured non-performing loan transaction, subdividing new-built condo, and placing mortgage on assets of subsidiary real-estate developer of railway company.
Especially, he is good at Corporate law.
In April 2005, he joined in Ernst & Young Transaction Advisory Services Co., Ltd., a subsidiary financial advisory firm Ernst & Young ShinNihon LLC.
He was assigned in Non-performing loan transaction project, and engaged in valuation of fair selling price, administration of bid procedure, investigation of loan agreement, surety, and mortgage, etc.
After that, he was assigned in Corporate Recovery Team, and engaged in business due diligence, financial analysis, drawing up business planning, drawing up the M&A transaction scheme and administration of the procedure of M&A.
October 2009 he was registered in Tokyo Shiho-Shoshi Lawyer’s Association, No-5213
