We made a scheme, in case some related persons of the family company left the management.
The company curved out non-core assets by a company split and gave him/her the stocks. In terms of separation of control, it is effective that classified stocks are used in combination, but from the viewpoint of the entire balance it gave him/her on common　stocks.

Support for reorganization

We supported a client in the reorganization by department by a company split.
We proposed company split scheme, advised it on dealing with financial institutions, curving out a balance sheet and profit and loss statement, schedule management of legal procedures, and so on.

Structuring bankruptcy remote scheme

We proposed a scheme to a resort facilities operating company. It made the members of the resort possible to continue to use the facility in case of the bankruptcy of the facility operator.
We made the scheme similar to a bankruptcy remote scheme in an investment case by separation of ownership and operation and having backup.
